Upgrade Your N2 Firmware? How?

Required: Firmware, USB Cable, N2 Unit and PC

1st: Back up your data to PC
2nd: Proceed at your own risk

Note:
√ ONLY PC (OS; Win etc) will be able to recognize N2 unit
× MAC / APPLE NOTEBOOK will NOT be able to read N2 unit

Installation Guide:

~ Click HERE (.exe) or HERE (.rar) to download the latest firmware
~ Unzip the folder to your PC (i.e desktop, my document)
~ Switch off your N2 and connect to PC using USB cable
~ Back up, copy all files in SD and save to PC
~ Run the firmware > click 2.1.552.5 exe
~ Select ‘Language’ > Change ‘Time’ >

OPTION 1 – For upgrading firmware in existing SD

[Step 1/1] – Upgrade  or Install new firmware
~ Choose  ‘Advanced’ > Click ‘Clean Install’
~ Confirm ‘YES’ to delete all data, and wait till complete

OPTION 2 – For upgrading SD capacity [ i.e 1Gb to 8 Gb ]

[Step 1/2] ~ Format the new SD memory Card
~ Choose ‘Advanced’ > Click ‘Format SD’
* N2 screen will switch ON for 2,3 times during the process
* You need to respond YES on N2 touch screen to continue
* Wait till complete and N2 reboots

[Step 2/2] ~ Install new firmware
~ Refer steps in OPTION 1 above

TIPS:
In any case, if your N2 Unit does not perform as it should,
▼ freeze or hang frequently
▼ application stop to run
▼ auto switching on-off etc
.. you may choose to reformat and re-install the firmware
(refer to Option 2) to overcome some technical error in your device.
In most cases, the unit will run smoothly after re-installation
